What is Grapitly?
Grapitly is a print-on-demand shop. This means that each design is printed especially for you only after your order! We don't hold large stocks, which helps us reduce waste and offer a wider selection of unique designs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As our products automatically go into production after purchase, you can only change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing the order. Please send us an email immediately with your order number to CONTACT@GRAPITLY.COM.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each product is printed to order, the process is divided into two parts:
Production time: 2–5 business days for printing and quality control.
Shipping time: Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days (for orders to Germany and within the EU).
The estimated total delivery time is generally 5–12 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can track the status of your delivery at any time.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with printing partners in the USA and Europe (including Germany). Your order will always be printed and shipped from the production facility closest to your delivery address to ensure fast shipping.
👕 Products & Sizes
How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. We strongly recommend measuring a well-fitting garment at home and comparing it to our chart before ordering, as print-on-demand items cannot easily be exchanged due to incorrect size choice.
How should I wash the products?
To keep the printed design fresh and vibrant for as long as possible:
Wash inside out in cold water (max. 30°C).
Select a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
Do not iron directly on the print.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Since each product is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed with the wrong design, we will of course send you a free replacement or issue a full refund!
