# Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

### IMPORTANT NOTE: Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Print-on-Demand)

According to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does **not** apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

Since every product at Grapitly is custom-made (print-on-demand) for you with the graphic you have chosen only after your order, it is a custom production.

Therefore, there is **NO** right of withdrawal or return for:
* Dislike or change of mind.
* Incorrect size or color selection by the customer.
* Subsequent change requests after the cancellation window (12 hours) has expired.

### ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON RETURNS

Please do not return goods unannounced to the address provided on the shipping label. Since our products are manufactured using the print-on-demand process, unauthorized returns to the warehouse are automatically disposed of and cannot be refunded or recovered.

### What happens if the goods are damaged or faulty?

Should your product arrive damaged, faulty or with a misprint, our satisfaction guarantee naturally applies. In this case, you do **not** need to return the goods.

Please send us a brief description and a photo of the defect. We will immediately arrange a free replacement (new production) or a refund for you.
